16th March 2002 Beachy 7.00 - 2.00pm. Pagham Lagoon & Harbour 4pm - 6.30pm. Wind moderate SE and cloudy at Beachy but raining whilst at Pagham

Diver sp. c.25E probably mainly Red-throated but too distant to be sure.
Red-throated Diver 2 on sea off Birling 
small Grebe sp. 2 on sea off Birling. Slavonian/Black-necked but very distant and sea too rough making views indaquate to identitfy them.
