Another early start being followed and flashed to move over by others looking for Mrs. Hume's Pheasants but it was surprising how wide our vehicle could be - not that we saw any Pheasants again! We first concentrated in the pine forest where we heard Spot-breasted Laughingthrush singing but unfortunately couldn't locate it. We then concentrated higher up including checking a number of photographic stakeouts being targeted by some Thai birders. We tried driving the road back and forth at dusk hoping for Pheasants but again no luck. We returned to the Tesco Lotus at Fang for another meal.
